Our rehabilitation programs at our Oklahoma City South Hospital provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
How you'll contribute
The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for leading and overseeing all operations of the pharmacy department to ensure safe, effective, and efficient medication use across the organization. This role involves strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial management, and the implementation of clinical and operational standards aligned with organizational goals. The Director manages departmental staff, budgets, and performance metrics while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. This position requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and pharmacy best practices.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Doctoral Degree Preferred
- State Pharmacy License
- Three (3) years of Pharmacy experience
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
