Position Summary:

The Systems Analyst will provide security, reporting, application, scripting, and hardware support to facilitate the business needs of the Information Systems department as well as the organization. The Systems Analyst will provide level 2 and 3 application support as well as assisting in the design and maintenance of information systems, security, infrastructure, and applications. The Systems Analyst will have a firm understanding of the ITIL Framework and be able to operationalize its ideas in the work environment. This position will work closely with local clinical leadership and HSC support teams by acting as a liaison between these groups. Local clinical teams will engage this role for assistance in supported applications and be able to translate requests to effectively communicate those with the HSC support teams. This role will also take direction from the HSC support teams and convey directives to the local teams by developing education, delivery strategy, and facilitating execution. This position will also serve on multiple governance committees and will require regular interaction and collaboration with nurses and providers.

Training and Continued Education

Opportunities for further education and training are available to our employees. 

Minimum Education

  • Associate degree (or comparable technical school equivalent) required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • RN license preferred.
  • CompTIA, Cisco, and ITIL certifications preferred.
  • Work Experience: Three (3) years of experience in a clinical or information systems role.
  • Project management experience: Experience in process evaluation, implementation, and management.
  • Preferred experience: Three (3) years of experience: Paragon.
