How you’ll contribute 

You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

The Recovery Navigator’s role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, advocating for their patients, coordinating appointments and follow-up, and assisting to remove any barriers to wellness and recovery through outreach, education, and connections to care for substance use disorder.
 
Reports to: Direct:  Director of Emergency Service Operations

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field - Required
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Required Skills
Certifications:
Certification in addiction from nationally recognized certification board – Preferred
Required Skills
Licenses: State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure – Required if degree is in Nursing
Minimum Work Experience
Experience with the addiction recovery process - Preferred
