Essential Functions
Develops and implements clinic goals, plans, standards, and policies consistent with the clinical,administrative, legal, and ethical requirements, and strategic objectives of the organization.
Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Monitor and manage service line performance metrics, including patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and financial performance.
Oversee daily operations of the service line, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Foster a collaborative environment among all clinic staff.
Coordinates and directs internal/external audits. Maintains patient medical records as the medical records custodian in accordance with policy and procedures. Ensures all government regulations are followed.
Facilitate regular meetings and communication with service line stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.
This position will function as a market employee serving Bluegrass Community Hospital, Bourbon Community Hospital, Clark Regional Medical Center and Georgetown Community Hospital.

Job Requirements
Minimum EducationAssociate’s degree or 3 years of experience in Physician Services management - required
Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum Work ExperienceMinimum 3 years work experience in field of discipline.
