Your Impact:

As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will:

Community Rehabilitation Hospital South strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. We are accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF-accredited for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and our Stroke Specialty Program.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current CRRN license (or obtain within 2 years) and eligibility to practice in Indiana.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (DNP or Ph.D. preferred).  Will accept BSN with plan to complete a master’s degree program in healthcare administration, business administration, or clinical specialty
  • Progressive nursing leadership experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or post-acute settings (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of patient safety, quality initiatives, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CIHQ, CARF).
  • A passion for rehabilitative care and commitment to empowering patients and staff alike.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
