We are seeking a dedicated Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. We are a very small and close staff so it would need to be just a perfect fit into our established crew. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee shops, excellent customer service skills, and a very can-do attitude.

Duties

  • Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure stock availability
  • Supervise and train staff on customer service and product knowledge
  • Scheduling and managing staff based on shop needs and extra events
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor financial performance and work towards achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Able to jump into Barista role as needed based on staffing needs
  • Create new coffee menu items based on seasonality (and fun ingredients)

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Coffee Shop setting for 2 years, Team Lead, Inventory control, Customer service, Inventory management
  • Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines (understanding general maintenance & upkeep)
