How you’ll contribute

You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. Every day, you will shape exceptional patient journeys and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient well-being.

What we offer

·         Fundamental to providing excellent care is supporting and rewarding our team. In addition to your base compensation, this position also offers: 

·         $3.50 for days, 5.00 nights, and $8.00 for weekends for Shift differential

Qualifications and requirements

·         Current state RN license and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.

·         Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.

·         PALS Certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire

·         Minimum Requirements:

·         Successful Completing the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited school is required.

·         You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

·         Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire.

·         Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions.

·         A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required. Handle with care is preferred.

·         5 years of experience preferred
