What you will do in this role:

  • Responsible for observation, maintenance, and training of a safe milieu through patient checks, safety monitoring, monitors for contraband, and evaluates for change in condition of patients.
  • Displays a thorough knowledge of confidentiality. Demonstrates knowledge of HIPAA regulations and abides by those standards.
  • Provides patient feedback to the interdisciplinary treatment team regarding patient response to treatment interventions that assists in the development and revision of the treatment plan.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. Minimum 3 years’ experience required in psychiatric care preferably IPP.
  • Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, and psychiatric patients preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), along with proof of insurance when using own auto

Salary range: $20 - $30 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this hourly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate.
