How you’ll contribute 

As a Front Desk Representative, you will provide superior customer service to both patients and other staff members. 

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all necessary demographic, billing, and clinical information is obtained and entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy
  • Greeting patients and handling check-in/check-out process
  • Collecting patient payments
  • Verifying patient demographic and insurance information, updating as needed
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications and requirements 

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Additional skills include: 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and courteously handle patient and family interactions with other staff. 
  • Technology proficiency:familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized and detail-oriented
