Qualifications & Requirements

  • Associate degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification or equivalent. (within 12 months of hire)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office 365
