Position Summary:
Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.
- Oversees daily staffing levels, assigns duties, and provides training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensures service quality, staff adherence to policies and procedures, and supports professional development initiatives.
- Steps in to perform staff duties when needed and resolves complex issues or complaints to maintain service standards.
- Handles sensitive information and demonstrates strong understanding of healthcare regulations like HIPAA and business office practices.
- Guides peers doing similar work by setting priorities and reviewing tasks, without direct authority over hiring or compensation decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of Program in Discipline - required or validated by current licensure; bachelor's degree preferred
- State Radiation Operators License or Temporary State Radiation Operators license
- ARRT within 6 (six) months of hire
- BLS within 90 (ninety) days of hire
