Position Summary:

The Market Director of Emergency Services provides visionary leadership and strategic oversight for five Emergency Departments within the healthcare system, including Memorial Medical, Meyersdale, Miners, and Nason. This pivotal role is responsible for setting the strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, fostering financial sustainability, and promoting the highest standards of quality patient care across all locations. The Market Director will collaborate with hospital leadership, medical staff, and external partners to align the Emergency Department's goals with the overall objectives of the hospital system.

Education: Master's Degree.

Experience: At least seven years of senior leadership experience overseeing emergency department operations within a multi-site healthcare system.

Licensure/Certification: If a clinical professional, appropriate state licensure is required.

Skills: Demonstrated leadership, strategic vision, financial management, operational efficiency, and a commitment to quality and patient safety.
