    Qualifications and requirements
    Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

    • Experience preferred

    Position Summary

    • Performs chart audits on selected cases for Quality Improvement and Medical Staff review.
    • Monitors trends and participate in the determination of need for further assessment and improvement.
    • Facilitates improvement teams.
    • Assists with Utilization Review as appropriate.
    • Assists with policy development and review.
    • Provides Case Management clinical coordination for identified population upon request.
