Position Summary:

Primary purpose of this position is to perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize the resident's existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of nursing and therapy. Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff in providing resident-centered care according to the plan of care.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid or First Aid CPR AED within 30 days of hire
  • Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
  • Fingerprint Clearance underway upon hire. Card must be turned in within 60 days after hire
