How you'll contribute:
A License Practical Nurse (LPN) who excels in this role:
Under the direction of the physician, contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by the physician.
Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Documents patient care given.
Assists physician with development of plan of care.
Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with physician, patient, and families.
Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

Applicants should have a current Tennessee Practical Nurse license. Additional requirements include:
Basic Life Support certification is required at the time of hire
