Job Type: Full-Time | Days
$10,000 sign-on bonus with 30-month commitment
Schedule: Days (0700-1930), 3x12, 1 on-call day shift per 6-week rotation

We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. How you'll contribute
A Rehab LPN/LVN who excels in this role:
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring of patient conditions.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support mobility and rehabilitation goals.
Observe, document, and report changes in patient status to the interdisciplinary care team.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and case managers to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, safety, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate documentation and promote a safe, therapeutic environment.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current Montana LPN/LVN license or Compact LPN/LVN License with Montana endorsement, and Graduation from an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program.
Additional requirements include:
- Certifications: CPR/BCLS required; IV Certified at time of hire or obtained within 6 months of hire required; ACLS preferred
- Experience: Minimum 6 months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting and 6 months in a Rehabilitation setting preferred.
