The Operations team within Lifepoint Behavioral Health partners with clinical quality, nursing, and operational leaders to support enterprise-wide initiatives, clinical reporting, and facility start-ups. The team values collaboration, accountability, and adaptability while supporting projects that directly impact patient care and operational excellence.
How you'll contribute
A Clinical Project Manager (CPM) who excels in this role will:
- Provide project management support to behavioral health clinical quality, nursing, and operational leaders
- Oversee projects from initiation through completion to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget
- Manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously across clinical reporting, systems administration, and policy maintenance
- Coordinate clinical reporting, forms management, and clinical systems administration
- Maintain and manage clinical and operational policies, including coordination of policy reviews in alignment with regulatory agency requirements
- Schedule, facilitate, and oversee clinical and operational meetings
- Assist with new behavioral health facility start-ups as assigned
- Monitor risks, timelines, and deliverables, escalating issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and HIPAA requirements
- Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and project teams

What we're looking for
Applicants should demonstrate strong project management experience within healthcare environments. Additional requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare, with clinical project management experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to travel up to 20%
