Job Summary

Sovah Health is looking for someone to provide a wide range of services to building structures that include new construction, renovations and general repairs in a safe, cost-effective manner.
•    Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed.
•    Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons.
•    Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage.
•    Responsible for hanging, moving and repairing all dispensers.
•    Responsible for maintenance and repair of ceiling tile, roof inspections, painting, and plumbing repairs.
•    Assists in repairing floor tile when asked.
•    Maintain all outdoor signage and posts and equipment.
•    Picks up litter and clean outside entrances and surrounding areas daily.
•    Performs re-lamping daily.
•    Completes PM’s and work orders as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education
Must complete/obtain High School Diploma or Equivalent within one year of hire date. Associate Degree In Electronics preferred.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Requires flexibility in scheduling and ability to work all shift patterns including week-ends and holidays to insure appropriateness and continuity of care for the patients of Sovah Health.
Requires alternating On Call shifts.
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical or industrial maintenance or combination of these required.
Licenses:
Valid Driver's license required.
