                Minimum Education

Xo Master's degree o Preferred X □ Required

Required Skills

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications:

X Basic Life Support (BLS) (within 45 days of hire)□ Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support {ACLS) □ Pediatric Advanced Life Support {PALS)□ Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) a Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) X Handle with Care (HWC) (within 45 days of hire)

Licenses: Licensed Social Worker

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Interviews and assesses patients and/or patient's family, caregivers, and/or legal representatives. Determines, prioritizes, provides and/or arranges for needed internal and external services/interventions.
