This is a full time (0.8 - 1.0 Status), day shift Revenue Cycle Analyst position in the CPG Physician Billing Department.

This position will assist with functions within the patient billing department for CPG revenue cycle as needed.   The Revenue Cycle Analyst will work reports to resolve billing and patient account discrepancies, process patient financial information, work and resolve tasks assigned to department, open and sort mail, create encounters and enter charges, answer phones, other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required:  High School education required. 3 years’ experience in medical office setting to include excellent customer service skills, working with insurance remittance notices, medical terminology, proficient data entry skills. Ability to present written and verbal communication skills when working with others.   Hands on experience with CPT and ICD-10 coding. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.  

Preferred/Desired:  CPC Certification preferred.

Weekend Requirements: None.
