How you'll contribute

A monitor tech who excels in this role:

• Observes computer screens viewing ECG waveforms of the patient's heartbeat as well as the heart rate.

• Reports any changes in the heartbeat (known as an arrhythmia), or heart rate immediately to the nurse caring for the patient.

• Calls MRT/Code Blue

What we are looking for

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:

• Completion of an EKG certificate program is required
