Our team of providers, nurses, and technicians has advanced training in wound care management, working with patients of all ages to accurately identify the cause of their wounds and develop tailored treatment strategies focused on achieving positive healing outcomes.
How you'll contribute
As the Office Coordinator, you will excel by:
- Serving as a trusted resource for the care team by coordinating information, tasks, and administrative needs that support efficient clinic operations and patient care.
- Keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly by coordinating daily administrative needs and supporting providers and staff.
- Managing information with accuracy and discretion by monitoring shared communications, distributing tasks, and maintaining timely and organized records.
- Supporting financial and reporting processes by preparing, reviewing, and distributing billing, documentation, scheduling, and operational reports.
- Supporting a strong and engaged team by coordinating activities related to staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagement.
- Maintaining compliance and consistency by helping update policies and procedures and ensuring practices align with applicable federal, state, and organizational requirements.
- Using sound judgment in a fast-paced environment by prioritizing competing needs, working independently, and responding effectively to challenges and time-sensitive requests.

What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred, with relevant administrative or healthcare experience valued.
- BLS certification required and a commitment to maintaining required credentials.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, reports, and administrative tasks with accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with providers, staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Strong computer and technology skills, including the ability to learn and navigate electronic health record systems and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Critical thinking and sound judgment with the ability to work independently, identify solutions, and take appropriate action in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and adaptable team player who maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail while supporting the needs of a busy wound care center.
