How you'll contribute 
An Office Coordinator excels at this role:

• Updates policies and procedures to ensure practices remain compliant with federal and state regulations.
• Oversees the financial processes of the clinics.
• Reports to the Physician Practice Manager.
• Monitors the general department email and completes and/or distributes tasks accordingly.
• Runs and distributes a variety of weekly and monthly reports, including provider on-call and availability calendars, billing reports, and documentation reports.
• Coordinates efforts that support staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagement.
• Serves as first-line support for the electronic health record (EHR), including basic troubleshooting, merging duplicate charts, unlocking charts, and adding pharmacy and practice information to the database.
• Reviews and complies with the LifePoint Code of Conduct and all relevant Company and Division policies and procedures.
• Performs other tasks and projects as assigned..

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required; Associate Degree Preferred
   

Required Skills:

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. 
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
