Position Summary:

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

 Monitor network and system performance and troubleshoot issues

 Work with end users and department heads to identify needs and resolve issues

 Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights and storage allocations

 Ensure regulatory compliance

 Ensure the integrity and security of enterprise data and systems

 Field, document and resolve help requests from end users

 Fix, install, update, and upgrade end user equipment including PC’s, laptops, peripherals

 Coordinate adds, moves, changes

 Support core software/hardware systems

 Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES 

 Working technical knowledge of PC operating systems including Windows 10, Windows 11 and Windows AD functionality

and Server version 2016 and newer

 Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols and standards

 Ability to troubleshoot PC and network issues (Hands-on troubleshooting experience)

 Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws

 Ability to conduct research into technical issues and products as required

 Strong written and oral communications skills

 Good interpersonal skills

 Analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

 Strong customer service orientation

 Self-motivated

EDUCATION

 College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 4 years equivalent work 

experience preferred

EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on experience in the IT field preferred

 Medical facility experience a plus
