Job Title: Office Coordinator- PRN
Job Type: On-site, PRN 8am-4:30pm CST (able to work at additional facility Changes Frisco)

Pay range: $20-$22

How you'll contribute

• Greeting patients and ensuring a positive initial experience
• Communicating program expectations & addressing concerns
• Scheduling assessments
• Scheduling admissions
• Thorough oversight of patient admission documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Inputting patient and program data into Medik, maintaining data integrity
• Following up with referrals and documenting communication
• Calling on absent patients, ensuring their well-being and addressing any issues

• Calling non-emergency wellness checks for unreachable patients

• Send accurate billing reports in a timely manner

Qualifications and requirements

• Associate's Degree in related field preferred. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Moderate communication skills and ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, and email systems.

• Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance, and healthcare administrative policies.
