Essential Functions 

  •  Demonstrates thorough understanding of mental illness and provides clinical screening and full behavioral health evaluations of patients and referral to appropriate internal and external resources.
  •  Documents clinical services and maintains client medical records
  • Provides brief therapy to specific populations, particularly crisis intervention treatment techniques.4. Works effectively under pressure, prioritizing demands from multiple sources professionally.
  • Exemplifies a team concept in behavior and communication.
  • Possesses exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Works closely with other professionals and staff who are not part of Lourdes Health 
  • Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population, culture, and specific needs of the clients served.
  • Responds to clients in crisis and able to make independent decisions in a crisis setting.
  • A thorough understanding of RCW 71.05, 71.34 & WAC 388-877

Qualifications and requirements 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required 
  • Associate's degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field- Preferred
