Shift: FT | M-F | 0800-1700

Are you a dynamic rehabilitation leader passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes? We are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee our inpatient rehab program, driving clinical excellence, operational success, and team development.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead all clinical, financial, and administrative aspects of the rehab department

  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient care

  • Guide strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

  • Mentor, develop, and support a high-performing rehabilitation team

  • Drive quality improvement initiatives through data and performance analysis

 

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management (Master's preferred)
  • Current clinical licensure as required by state regulations in PT, OT, or Speech, required
  • 3+ years of rehabilitation leadership or administrative experience, preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, strongly required
