How you'll contribute
A Program Director, Rehabilitation who excels in this role:
Responsible for the total operation of the rehabilitation program
Plans, directs and coordinates program activities to ensure that company and client goals are met
Accountable for and contribute to program development, quality improvement and problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or physical therapy and TX State Licensure for Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy.Additional requirements include:
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
Track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is preferred
Provision of own transportation
Computer and current technology competence required
