Position Summary:
As a successful receptionist, you will be an important part of our team. You are the first face our patients and their families see upon arrival!
Essential Functions
- Greet patients and their families, vendors, and visitors either in person or by phone. Show them they are welcome and valued!
- Place, answer, and direct phone calls and distribute messages.
- Organizes coordinate, and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources Director and other leaders.
- Coordinate work flow and compile records of office activities, verify invoices, plan employee events.
Wage Range - $23 - 24 per hour
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred.
- Associate's degree Preferred
Required Skills:
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have flawless communication skills - written and verbal
- Must be tech savvy - expert user of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Demonstrate a can-do, helpful attitude
