Position Summary:

As a successful receptionist, you will be an important part of our team. You are the first face our patients and their families see upon arrival!

Essential Functions

• Greet patients and their families, vendors, and visitors either in person or by phone. Show them they are welcome and valued!
• Place, answer, and direct phone calls and distribute messages.
• Organizes coordinate, and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Provide administrative support to Human Resources Director and other leaders.
• Coordinate work flow and compile records of office activities, verify invoices, plan employee events.

Wage Range - $23 - 24 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred.
• Associate's degree Preferred

Required Skills:

• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have flawless communication skills - written and verbal
• Must be tech savvy - expert user of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Demonstrate a can-do, helpful attitude
