The Emergency Department is a collaborative, fast-paced team dedicated to providing exceptional care to the Russellville community. Our nurses, providers, and support staff work together to deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care while fostering a supportive environment where team members can grow and thrive.

How you'll contribute

An ED RN who excels in this role:

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations while maintaining high standards of care.
• Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and coworkers to promote a positive care experience.

What we are looking for:

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
• Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Experience: One year previous experience preferred
• Licenses: Active Arkansas  or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. 
• Education: Associate's Degree required. BSN preferred.
