How you'll contribute

A Rehab RN who excels in this role: 

  • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs.
  • Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner. Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential. 
  • Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

What we're looking for 

Applicants should have a current Washington RN license or Compact RN License with Washington endorsement, and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred

  • Certifications: CPR/BCLS required
  • Advanced Certifications: ACLS and CCRN preferred
  • Experience: Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
