How You'll Make an Impact 

As a Wound Care Nurse, you'll be a trusted partner in our patients' recovery journeys. You will: 

• Functions under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager 
• Responsible for assisting in the management and rehabilitation of patients with wounds, ostomies, abdominal stomas, incontinence, ulcers and other skin conditions. 
• Provides leadership and direction for coordination and improvement of WOC care, including development of policies and procedures, guidelines, standards of care and research

Qualifications and requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state.
• Graduate of accredited wound ostomy care nurse program with current licensure in the state. 
• At least 2 years of current experience in the specialty is required.
• Wound Ostomy Care Nurse (WOCN) preferred.

Additional requirements include:

• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• CRRN Preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
