What you will do in this role:

  • Responsible for the operation of a grouping of contract therapy locations
  • Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises all program activities in the area to ensure that company and client goals are met
  • Demonstrate accountability for and contribution to company-wide program development, quality improvement, problem solving, productivity enhancement and profitability in a cross departmental and interdisciplinary environment
  • Develop facility/unit operating and capital budget with client institution for market
  • Monitor referral/admission process across market
  • Ensures each assigned facility/unit within market has a comprehensive quality management program
  • Accountable for carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with Lifepoint Health CORE values

Qualifications

  • At a minimum, be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in a health related, business, public relations or human services area of concentration
  • If clinical, must possess a current license to practice as required by the state
    • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may substitute for education requirements
  • A track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skill is necessary; multi-site supervision experience is desirable
  • Provision of own transportation is necessary
  • Computer and current technology competence
