The Employee Health Coordinator is responsible for maintaining employee health files, ensuring compliance with mandatory vaccination and employee testing requirements, coordinating voluntary testing and vaccination programed, facilitating compliance with OSHA standards for blood borne pathogens, and managing the facility's Worker's Compensation program by investigating reports of employee injuries, ensuring that required reporting is completed and submitted and coordinating injured workers' status and plan of care as well as facilitating communication between the injured worker, Human Resources, health care providers and the worker's compensation insurance program.

Position is required to be on site.
