How you will contribute

A Social Worker who excels in this role:

Provides psychosocial support services to patients and families

Collaborates with providers, nursing and ancillary staff

Connects patients with community resources

Engages in practice that comply with regulatory standards, patient safety and performance improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for

Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree and training commensurate with LCSWA or LCSW is required. Master's degree is preferred. Additional requirements include:
