How you'll contribute 

A Special Procedures Technician who excels in this role:

• Implements, recommends, delegates and coordinates special procedures care to a group of patients.

• Prepares special procedures lab and sterile table for various procedures. Practices sterile techniques and prevents cross-contamination.

• Checks emergency equipment each day.

• Preforms daily Quality Control on equipment.

• Responsible for ordering supplies and maintain inventory in a cost effective manner.

What we're looking for 

Applicants should have an Associate's degree. Additional requirements include:

• A.R.R.T certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Venipuncture

• One-year special procedures experience, preferred.

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Hourly Range: $27.97-$36.12 per hour
