Position Summary: Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services. Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required Licenses:
- Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with WA Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Salary Range: $40.50 - $57.54
