This full-time position has a set schedule of 7AM to 7PM, 3x a week.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary/Hourly: $19 - $26 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this hourly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate.

Rainier Springs Summary of Benefits

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School diploma
  • Driver’s License with a favorable Motor Vehicle Report
  • Proof of Insurance
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment

Experience:

  • Experience working an inpatient psychiatric or healthcare facility preferred.
  • Previous direct patient care experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred.
