Provides primary or acute healthcare services for certain acute or chronic health conditions in specific populations in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice under the supervision of an assigned physician.

Required Skills

and in good standing with the Board of Health Professionals.

DMust possess Controlled Substance Registration Certificate by the Dept of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration prior to the first day of seeing patients.
