What you will do in this role:

  • Develop and implement clinical strategies that support patient-centered, evidence-based care across all facilities.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to design and optimize programs that address patient needs and improve outcomes.
  • Establish best practices for clinical care delivery, focusing on the continuous improvement of patient experience and safety.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across multiple facilities to ensure they meet organizational standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
  • Master-level social work or counselor license in state of residence preferred. Professional experience in lieu of licensure will be considered.
  • 5+ years in clinical operations or healthcare administration, with a proven track record in behavioral health or similar healthcare settings, and multi-facility management experience.
