What you will do in this role:

  • Support Lifepoint Behavioral Health hospitals in meeting strategic and budgetary goals for the outpatient departments.
  • Train and educate facility Director of Outpatient on achieving performance goals, including ADC, referral conversion rates, program productivity, staff engagement, and clinical outcomes.
  • Develop facility Director of Outpatient’s leadership skills in effectively leading and empowering their outpatient teams and staff to perform to expectations.
  • Oversee outpatient action plans, initiatives, and KPIs to ensure best practices are utilized to meet Joint Commission, state, and company standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work (clinical field), or RN required.
  • Current unencumbered counseling, social work, or RN license required and per state requirements.
  • Five years of behavioral health outpatient experience.
  • Knowledge of outpatient behavioral health best practices for PHP, IOP, and outpatient.
  • Leadership experience in overseeing multi-site, multi-state programs.
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission and state standards in providing excellent patient care.
  • Ability to travel 75% - 100% of the time.
