What you’ll do:

The Director, Contract Administration, is responsible for partnering with category owners, legal, compliance and related business owners, maintaining the contract administration process from initial drafting through execution, amendments and eventual refresh or retirement. The Director, Contract Administration, is also responsible for managing a team of enterprise contract administrators.

Responsibilities:

  •  Uphold contract management standards and compliance requirements pertaining to specific contract types
  •  Manag
  •  Monitor throughput of contracting process and support issue resolution as needed

  • Responsible for the development and ongoing performance of the Contract Administration function
  • Coordinating and troubleshooting ERP and external system integration functionality
  • Experience working with business contracts and purchase order line-item data
  • Aptitude for building process and establishing rules and policy in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Additional Information:

  • Exhibit a [comprehensive] understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.


What you’ll need:

Education: Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Supply Chain Operations or related years of experience

Experience: 5-7 yrs related Experience in Supply Chain.  Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion is preferred.  Proficient knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
