What you’ll do:

The Performance Partner Program Director is a critical role within our organization, responsible for supporting hospitals in improving their operational performance. This position will serve as a dedicated resource to work with the Performance Partners functional leaders and hospital leadership team to identify opportunities and develop key action items and metrics to enable success. The Program Director will monitor, measure, and track each hospital’s progress in reducing risks and enhancing patient quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing Resources: Working with internal and external resources to assist with improving hospital ability to achieve and maintain lowering risk and improvement of care.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure the success of hospitals in lowering risks and improving operational and process efficiency.
  • Data Management: Track action items and key metrics of success, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Performance Partners Team to support, track and measure success of their work.
  • Travel: Travel to various hospitals (25% of the time) to provide on-site support and ensure alignment with performance goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on hospital performance to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance hospital performance.

What you’ll need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or min 5 years related experience in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
