What you’ll do:

The Director of Voice and Network Operations at LifePoint Health is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the Voice Services and Network Operations Center (NOC). This role requires an individual with extensive experience in managing and negotiating Cisco phone systems, Five9 call centers, and leading a team of Systems Analysts and Systems Engineers. The Director will ensure the efficient operation and continuous improvement of voice services and network infrastructure across a large integrated delivery network.

Responsibilities:

Voice Services Management:

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of Cisco phone systems, ensuring optimal
    performance and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships with Cisco to ensure cost-effective
    solutions and services.
  • Implement and manage Five9 call center systems to support efficient and effective customer
    service operations.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for voice services to ensure compliance with
    industry standards and regulations.


Network Operations Center (NOC) Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of Systems Analysts and Systems Engineers responsible for
    monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure.
  • Ensure the NOC operates efficiently, providing 24/7 monitoring and support for the network.
  • Implement and maintain network monitoring tools and systems to ensure high availability and
    performance.


Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for voice services and network operations that align
    with LifePoint Health’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in voice and network services, driving
    continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage budget for voice services and NOC operations, ensuring cost-effective use of
    resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure
    voice and network services support their operations effectively.

What you’ll need:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or relevant equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on voice.
services and network operations.
Certifications: Voice certifications or other relevant technical certifications preferred.
