This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days required to be onsite at our Brentwood, TN office. 

What you’ll do:

The Leadership Development Program Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Lifepoint’s leadership development programs. You will ensure all aspects of the program run smoothly, from initial planning to post-program evaluation, while providing seamless communication and support to both facilitators and participants. You will also contribute to program development through the creation of relevant materials, manage logistics, and oversee the collection and analysis of feedback and performance data. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of our leaders. 

Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning & Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of leadership development programs, ensuring all details are executed efficiently and according to schedule and that key milestones are met. 

  • Program Material Development: Design, develop, and update all program materials, including presentations, participant guides, assessments and other resources that align with the program’s objectives and enhance the learning experience.

  • Event Logistics Management: Manage all logistical aspects of in-person and virtual training sessions, including securing venues, organizing technology and equipment, preparing training materials, and ensuring a smooth experience for participants and facilitators. This may involve setting up learning management systems (SkillSoft) or virtual platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams) for remote programs. This may include arranging/ordering meals and scheduling social outings.

  • Facilitation Support & Liaison: Function as the point of contact between facilitators and participants. Provide support for facilitators during delivery, ensuring they have the necessary resources and materials. Address any issues or concerns raised by facilitators or participants before, during, or after training sessions.

  • Program Communication: Draft clear communication materials to announce upcoming learning programs, objectives, and expectations. This includes sending pre-program reminders, confirming registration, and providing post-program summaries and follow-up surveys to assess feedback. Create articles and stories to share intercompany/FirstUp

  • Evaluation & Feedback Collection: Develop methods for collecting feedback from program participants, including surveys and focus groups, to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives. Analyze the feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance future learning experiences.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track attendance, completion rates, and other key metrics related to learning programs. Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders on the success of learning programs, highlighting areas of success, challenges, and recommendations for improvements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People Services, Operations, and other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals and priorities. Assist with onboarding programs, leadership development, and other employee development initiatives.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of all training activities, participant attendance, and training outcomes.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

  • Proficiency in coordination training and educational programs.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

  • Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in creating reports, evaluations, and feedback systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll need:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design , Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 

Experience: 3+ years of related experience in coordination training and education programs. Healthcare experience is a plus
