What you’ll do:

The Manager, Strategic Operations provides strategic and operational support to Advantage-Point Health Alliance, Lifepoint Health’s Federal Trade Commission (FTC) compliant Clinically Integrated Network. Advantage-Point Health Alliance’s goal is to improve quality by aligning providers across the continuum of care; enabling seamless sharing of patient information; and enhancing coordination to ensure delivery of the right care for patients, in the right setting, and with the right resources. Our expansive and growing Clinically Integrated Network in Pennsylvania currently consists of 4+ hospitals and 375+ providers and our top-rated expertise, innovative technology and resources enables our providers to generate optimal patient and hospital outcomes within value-based care.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, growth and performance of Advantage-Point Health Alliance, Lifepoint Health’s Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), in accordance with the company’s strategic plan and in compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.  
  • Work with Laurel Highlands network leadership to define, deploy and support network strategic goals and operational objectives, engaging our key leaders across the organization, as well as critical outside vendor partners.
  • Support annual budget process for the Advantage-Point Laurel Highlands CIN.
  • Manage payer relationships and understanding of financial and operational performance across value-based contracts
  • Develop and implement operating plans with business acumen and utilize strong analytical skills to analyze financial and quality data to support the CIN’s risk-based contracting arrangements.
  • Identify opportunities/threats and implement solutions to drive long term success for the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN).
  • Manage logistics of external relationships in support of solutions that streamline operations, improve revenue, decrease costs, improve physician engagement, and/or increase clinical quality.              
  • Promote and advocate the ideals and value of population health and value-based care to key constituencies and stakeholders to generate buy-in, support, and ownership. Stay informed on VBC program changes and trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years with relevant experience in healthcare, network, consulting, or finance.
