Nutritional Aide
Carthage, Tennessee
Job Summary:
- Performs a variety of preparation, distribution, and sanitation functions in support of assigned areas.
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
Job Duties:
- Assists with preparing food and beverages for distribution to patients, guests, service/dining areas, and catering services.
- Stores food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies andprocedures.
- Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including tray delivery and catering special events.
- Assists with sanitation duties, including dishwashing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Minimum Work ExperienceExperience in cafeteria or hospital food service desirable
