How you'll contribute
A Clinic Manager who excels in this role will:
- Lead day-to-day clinic operations with a focus on efficiency, patient flow, and alignment with organizational goals, ensuring a smooth and high-quality care experience in a urology setting.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear departmental goals, performance standards, and measurable outcomes that support growth, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
- Build and manage a high-performing team by overseeing hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management, while addressing conflicts promptly and fostering strong staff engagement.
- Maintain strict oversight of regulatory compliance, clinical standards, and operational policies to ensure safe, ethical, and compliant urology care delivery.
- Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective use of equipment, supplies, and resources without compromising quality.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development, encouraging staff to expand clinical and administrative competencies relevant to urology care.
- Ensure accountability and quality by planning, assigning, and reviewing work, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of clinic operations.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
- 3-5+ years of healthcare operations or clinic management experience, preferably in a specialty practice such as urology
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, patient scheduling, and care coordination within a procedural or outpatient setting
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, including hiring, performance management, conflict resolution, and team development
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA), and quality assurance practices
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and oversee vendor relationships and supply inventory
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive efficiency, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement
