How you'll contribute:

As the Clinical Informatics Analyst, you will excel in this role by:

  • Serving as the key liaison between clinical departments, providers, and Information Systems teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of Meditech applications.
  • Delivering EMR training and ongoing support to employed and locum providers, driving user adoption, efficiency, and best-practice utilization.
  • Collaborating with leadership, end users, and vendors to identify, document, troubleshoot, and resolve application and workflow issues.
  • Analyzing clinical and operational workflows to recommend process improvements that enhance system performance, user satisfaction, and patient care outcomes.
  • Developing and maintaining reports and data solutions that provide actionable insights for departmental decision-making and operational effectiveness.
  • Managing multiple system enhancement, implementation, and optimization projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Providing responsive technical support and building strong cross-functional relationships to promote continuous improvement, effective communication, and organizational success.

What we're looking for  
 

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, with a current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license strongly preferred.
  • 2-3 years of clinical healthcare experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of patient care workflows and operational processes.
  • Proven experience with Meditech Magic, including system functionality, workflow optimization, and end-user support.
  • At least three years of experience applying analytical and problem-solving methodologies to improve processes, resolve issues, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, data management, systems evaluation, clinical research, and performance improvement tools.
  • In-depth understanding of hospital information systems and the integration of clinical applications across healthcare environments.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
