What you will do in this role:

  • Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Prepare agendas and schedule for meetings.
  • Maintain Medical Staff Credentialing files.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

    • Education: Associates degree in Office Administration preferred or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
    • Experience:Previous administrative support, clerical, and customer service experience preferred.
    • Additional Requirements:May be required to work flexible hours and overtime. Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs.
